This years Owner’s Conference was a raging success! The round table discussions were fantastic for sharing of ideas and just getting a feel for how other owners handle situations. I have tons of information and notes to take home to share with staff and put into place to make my clinic stronger. The conference has also recharged me to the point that I want to go back through all my executive training course packs and review and to put in whatever may have been left out. I feel like my purpose with my clinic has been rejuvenated!
