The event has come and gone but what everyone took home with them will last forever! This event was a tremendous success with private practice owners attending from all over North America! Special thanks must be given to each and every person who agreed to present a topic for discussion. All of them did a bang up job. Thank you!

The topics ranged from basic key principles of physical therapy marketing to in depth looks at how to target a specific public. Topics were chosen by surveying the existing Measurable Solutions clients to find out what they most wanted to hear about and based on the rave success stories we hit the mark dead on.

As is traditional a sunset Dinner on the Beach was held complete with a delicious summer feast, music and even a cigar circle! It was a wonderful way to spend and even and to share hopes and dreams for the rest of the year.

In December Measurable Solutions released a new course called the Patient Compliance Course. This course has proven to be the top course we offer with clients regularly demanding that we fly a supervisor to their practice to train their entire staff after they have completed the course themselves.

At this event a companion course was released called the Patient Referral Course. This course takes the information contained in the Patient Compliance Course and shows you how to dig into the goldmine that is your existing patient database for the propose of creating an strong and steady stream of referrals.

Once again, a big thank you goes out to the clients who took time out of their busy schedules in order to host roundtable discussions. The event was awesome! But don't take my word for it, check out the full list of topics that were covered and see the fantastic client success stories below.

I got a lot out of today’s roundtables. Getting basic principles shared from successful clinics. I learned new ways in web marketing, recruiting and approaching attorneys to expand our referral sources. Now it is just getting it implemented. This was an excellent Owners’ Conference and format. I learned a great deal and have a five page implementation plan to start working on right away when I get back. I appreciate the binders and I know that I will reference them frequently. I’m looking forward to the next Owners’ Conference in December.

After the first day I had a two page list to take home of new ways to boost new patient referrals and have already called the staff to get them excited! Tons of great ideas are being generated while all of us practice owners sit together during the roundtables and I will be leaving with several time saving and cost saving ideas. Thanks for reminding me of all I can do, handle and accomplish towards my ideal scene!

This was great. I went home with a to-do list already completed for me and all my staff. I got a lot out of this Owners’ Conference. I’ll definitely use the health fair data and some of the compliance information. Shaun Kirk’s data on the first day was great and the information on the attorney marketing – I’ll definitely use that. I came away with so many forms and formulas already printed out and worked out. Thanks!

Of all the presentations on the first day, the one on Marketing on a Budget was by far the one I will get them most from in regards to applying it in my own practice. The presentation was very well organized and it showed us great low cost ways to promote our business. I had never heard of some of the information presented at this conference before and I had no idea where to start when it came to making a website. Now I do! I also learned effective ways to market for recruits and we need to hire desperately. By the end of the last day, when Steve Ryland spoke, he said something about finally realized he needed to implement this technology 100%. That really hit with me and I realized that no longer will I allow myself to let me own hesitations or the hesitations of my staff keep me from implementing the technology. I am going back home and starting from scratch!

This conference had tons of great practical ideas that I will immediately be able to implement when I get back. I am energized by speaking with others owners and hearing their stories! Nice to hear that we are all in the same boat with Measurable Solutions throwing great life perseveres and we all are learning how to grab hold and direct ourselves to paradise island!!!

The roundtable discussions offered the very valuable opportunity to obtain new ideas from the presenters but also to discuss successful and unsuccessful actions with the other owners which was equally as valuable. Each of the roundtable discussions has given me great ideas to implement within my organization to expand our practice!!! I am really excited to implement the great information that I received from the roundtable discussions. Every speaker gave helpful points that are very simple yet will yield great results!

Wow, if my clinic fails with all this information it will be my own fault. This is by far the most beneficial three days I have spent at Measurable Solutions. This information is going to completely change the current time line for improvement and exponentially in the clinic. With what I have learned I can see my clinic growing by leaps and bounds.

The Owners’ Conference was a wonderful opportunity to hear the successful actions of current clients and how they have implemented PR and Marketing in their individual businesses. I got so many great ideas from successful clients that are tried and true with results. The information I got about using the web was something that will allow me to move ahead and use that avenue without as intimidation from internet technology ignorance on my part. I also learned an angle on how to market to attorneys. The conference as a whole reinforced the entire concept of marketing and to not micro-analyze every piece of promotion.

Speaking with different owners that are going through exactly what I am and who have solutions to common problems is a major win in itself. This event opened the doors to new marketing techniques that were not real to me before. I will attend every future Owners’ Conference.

I feel so validated by being able to talk to other practices. I see how others have gone through similar circumstances and have had similar thoughts and now come out “shining”.

I have enjoyed all classes I have taken with Measurable Solutions but having this roundtable experience has been so valuable to me. It has solidified that I must implement 100% and we too will succeed.

I really feel that I got some concrete information in areas that I have little (very little!) expertise in, i.e. web, other areas to market in and promotion.

The presenters were very helpful in giving us the information and the tools to be able to go back and make changes. They also made me feel like I was welcome to ask questions.
