"I think that the Referral Source Management Workshop was very beneficial. It helped clarify who exactly and how exactly to handle referring and non referring offices. I especially like the drilling. All the scenarios were as close to reality as possible. I also felt very comfortable in doing the drills where as before I was always insecure in getting flunked. This course has helped to solidify and make "more natural" the communication process with both receptionist and doctors. Thanks for putting together a more systemized and easily applied process.
