"I think that the Referral Source Management Workshop was very beneficial. It helped clarify who exactly and how exactly to handle referring and non referring offices. I especially like the drilling. All the scenarios were as close to reality as possible. I also felt very comfortable in doing the drills where as before I was always insecure in getting flunked.

I’m also very happy to know that I do not have to give a doctor a target.
